RSS feeds are a quick and easy way to be notified of updates to your favourite websites. On most browsers it takes just a few mouse clicks - no registration required - after which you can see at a glance when new content is available without having to visit each site individually.

Many websites generate RSS feeds (Really Simple Syndication) to keep their readers updated about new content.

To start you off why not subscribe to the UK Freestyle website, Canoe & Kayak blogs or maybe the TV Freestylers website (as well as the Youth Freestyle website of course).

You can subscribe to RSS feeds using most common browsers including Internet Explorer 7, Opera and Firefox plus many others.

Internet Explorer 7

• Navigate to the YouthFreestyle home page.
• The small RSS icon in the top bar should light up orange.
• Click on the icon for a list of news items on the YFS homepage.
• Click the "Subscribe to the feed" link.
• Accept the default settings in the pop-up box and hit "subscribe"
• To check for updated feed items click the orange star, top left of your IE window.
• Feeds with new items will be highlighted in BOLD
• Click the link to view the new items in the feed.
• Thats it! - Check your list of feeds regularly to get the latest news.
